4. Payment and Cancellation

All fees are due at the time of order. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via our contact form and are subject to the terms below.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Professional Services

For one-on-one coaching and consulting sessions, a request for a refund must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Requests received within this window may be eligible for a transfer to another date or full refund of the funds, at our discretion. Sessions cancelled less than 7 days prior are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled once within a 30-day period.

5.2 Digital Learning Materials

Our self-paced courses and digital resources come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have not accessed more than 20% of any course content and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the funds within 30 days of purchase. After this period or usage threshold, no refund will be granted.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical items such as printed guides can be refunded within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of written request via our contact form. Shipping costs are not refundable.

5.4 Nonrefundable Services

Certain specialized workshops and event tickets are marked as nonrefundable at the time of purchase due to limited availability and tailored preparation. These offerings cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another participant or date with at least 14 days’ notice.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to OilGasWay.click. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
